Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Product should not be altered or damaged in any way.
- Items bought during special discounts, clearance sales, or promotional offers are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
- Accessories and innerwear, if added in the future, will be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How To Initiate A Return
Returning your MiniDrobe order is simple:
- Email us at support@minidrobe.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Share your Order ID, mention the reason for return, and attach images of the product (especially for damage or wrong delivery).
- Our team will respond with the next steps — either arranging a pickup or guiding you through a manual return process.
Refund Process
Once we receive and verify the returned product, your refund will be initiated:
- Refunds are processed within 4–7 working days after we receive the product.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- You’ll be notified via SMS or email once the refund is processed.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a size or product, kindly return the original item and place a new order.
Shipping Costs For Returns
- If the return is due to damage, wrong item, or a manufacturing defect, we’ll cover the return shipping.
- For returns due to personal preferences (like size or style), the courier cost must be borne by the customer.
